Recently, we decided to explore something new and tried this Korean BBQ restaurant.🥢 We started with the Corn Cheese, which was quite different from what we expected. It turned out to be much sweeter than we anticipated, so we had to mix in some hot sauce to balance the sweetness before we could finish it. 🌽🌶️ For the main course, we had the Hot Stone Chicken Bibimbap. The portion size was generous, and we liked the variety of ingredients in the bowl. 🍚🥬🍗 However, the overall flavor felt a bit too bland for our taste. It might just be the traditional preparation, but personally, I would have preferred it to be more flavorful. We also tried a few drinks, which complemented the meal nicely. Overall, it was an okay experience. While some dishes didn't quite match our preferences, it was still fun trying a new cuisine, and we're glad we gave it a shot! 😊

I love it! 🐷🐷 +ok I wrote this before I had the food just for the corn cheese discount but it was actually a goated experience I've never seen my korean mom leaving 23% tip before the server will cook everything for you perfectly so you won't have to stay anxious if you'll overcook or undercook your meat worth 30+ min of wait

Very cool place, food was amazing, cold beer, service was awesome, the staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a great time with our group of 6, lots of food options great spices and flavors, clean restaurant and clean restrooms, lots of parking available, its a busy place so may be a wait bit didn't take us long to be seated, we were greated quickly. We will be back. Thanks again.

I come to Honey Pig very often — this is truly my go-to Korean restaurant in Austin. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, decorated in a traditional Korean style that makes you feel like you’re dining in Korea. The food is absolutely delicious and well worth the price. This time, I ordered the Premium Combo, which included beef, pork, and seafood. It was such a great value! There were five of us dining together, and we still couldn’t finish everything because the portions were so generous. Every dish we tried was excellent. I highly recommend the spicy tteokbokki, corn cheese, japchae beef, and kimchi pancake — everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed beer and soju, which paired wonderfully with the BBQ. One thing that really stands out is the service. The staff grills the meat for you and does an amazing job. They are attentive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to providing great service. In my opinion, this is the best Korean restaurant in Austin. I highly recommend it and will definitely continue coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honey Pig never disappoints! The pork belly was thick, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Grilling it right at the table made the whole experience even better — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The kimchi and bean sprouts cooked alongside the meat added so much flavor, and the sauces paired perfectly with everything. But the real highlight was the fried rice at the end. Watching it get mixed and slightly crispy on the hot plate was the perfect finishing touch. It was also my first time trying the gochujang pork belly, and I absolutely loved it. It had a slightly sweet flavor with just the right amount of spice — not too overwhelming — and it was so good with rice. Great food, fun atmosphere, and always a satisfying meal. Highly recommend if you’re craving authentic Korean BBQ!
